State availability
Medlo Health is launching with men's health (ED, hair, skin) in five states. Where a treatment is offered, and which specific medications are available, depends on the rules of your state and the scope of your clinician's license. We expand only after the operating playbook is proven in this footprint. This page is updated as states come online.

Why these five states first
Our launch states were selected on four axes: telehealth-permissive prescribing rules, alignment with our initial patient demographic (men 35–55), paid-acquisition efficiency, and a measured posture on consumer-protection enforcement. We will expand only after the playbook is proven.
States we are deliberately not launching in (yet)
California, New York, and Massachusetts have active consumer- protection units that have pursued telehealth operators. We will revisit these markets only after our operating practice and compliance program have been road-tested. Naming the states we are choosing to skip is part of an honest posture.

- Medlo Health, Inc. does not practice medicine. Clinical care is provided by independent, licensed clinicians through our HIPAA-compliant clinical platform partner under a Business Associate Agreement.
- We do not prescribe controlled substances by telehealth in any state. This includes testosterone replacement therapy (Schedule III), which is generally inappropriate for asynchronous, no-prior-relationship telehealth under the Ryan Haight Act.
- Compounded medications may only be available where permitted by state law and the clinician's judgment.
- Availability may change as state regulations evolve and as clinicians are added to or removed from our partner network.
