How to cancel
Subscriptions to any Medlo Health plan can be cancelled at any time from your account dashboard. The button is on the main settings page. We do not require a phone call, a chat, a retention specialist, or any reason for the cancellation. We do not extend the cancellation flow with offers, downgrades, or pause prompts.
What happens when you cancel
- You are charged for any product or service already shipped.
- You are not charged for any future shipment or visit.
- You will receive a confirmation email within one business day.
- Your clinical record is retained per our Notice of Privacy Practices regardless of cancellation.
If you cannot reach the dashboard
Email support@medlohealth.com from the address on file and we will process the cancellation manually within one business day. If we ever fail to do so, write to us at compliance@medlohealth.com.
